Quick Summary
JCodes (hereinafter "the Site") is a static catalog hosted on Netlify that displays web templates and editorial articles. We do not have registration forms or a public database. To initiate a purchase or customization, the visitor is redirected to WhatsApp or external payment processors (Yape, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee). Therefore, JCodes itself only collects the data your browser sends automatically (IP, user-agent, visited page) plus the data we will detail below.
1. Data we collect directly
The Site does not have its own lead capture forms. The only way we receive your personal data is if you decide to write to us voluntarily through one of our external channels:
- WhatsApp (+51 941 001 414): upon starting the chat, WhatsApp shares your phone number and public profile name with us. We only keep that conversation as long as necessary to answer your query or process your order.
- Email (kodetech.dev@gmail.com): if you write to us, we keep the email and its content in our inbox for a maximum of 24 months for support purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer this data to third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Data we collect automatically (analytics and advertising)
Like any modern site, the Site uses third-party services to understand how users navigate and to display advertising. These services may place cookies or use anonymous identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager: collects page views, time on page, device, country, and referrer in an aggregated and anonymized way. More information at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google AdSense: our advertising partner may use cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this Site and other sites. You can opt out of personalization at policies.google.com/technologies/ads or adssettings.google.com.
- Netlify: our hosting provider records technical logs (IP, user-agent, response code) for security and performance reasons for a limited period.
3. Payment Processors
When you decide to buy a premium code or a customization service, we redirect you to one of the following processors. None of them transmit your card or bank account data to JCodes; we only receive confirmation that the payment was completed.
- Yape (Banco de Crédito del Perú) for customers in Peru.
- PayPal for international customers.
- Buy Me a Coffee as an alternative store.
Each processor operates under its own privacy policy, which we recommend you review.
4. How to control cookies
You can block, delete, or selectively accept cookies from your browser settings. For more details, see our Cookie Policy. If you block all cookies, some visual elements or tracking may not work correctly, but the content will remain accessible.
5. Your rights (GDPR / LOPD)
If you reside in the European Union, Peru, or another territory with equivalent laws, you have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at kodetech.dev@gmail.com indicating your request. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.
6. Minors
JCodes is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information through one of our external channels, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
7. Changes to this policy
